They are mainly used to strand the steel-cored alluminium conductor, the bare copper conductor and the bare alluminium conductor. The sector shaped conductor could be stranded and compacted, and the circular conductor could be pulled and compacted.

Design feature:

1、The twister adopts the structure with cage body in the front and large bearing housing in the back. The main shaft is athick-wall seamless tube, characterized by high rigidity, high speed, and stable rotation.

2、The twin-input double wheel is used in the draw gear, which is suitable to compact the segment conductor and to draw the circular conductor. Beccause the large module gear is used as the traction gear, the hauling power is high.

3、The tension is small when the wire si broken or laid off. The whole machine can be stopped through the electric control.

4、The hold-down gear for the sector shaped conductor is used in each section strand.
