frame type stranding machine

The machine is mainly used for sector stranding and compacting of copper aluminum conductor, drawing and compacting of round conductor or perspire sector conductor. It can meet with the international advanced level.

Configuration:

pay-off stand,twister,loading device,taping device,meter counter,dual capstan,winding&traversing stand,transmission system,electric dontrol system and protector,etc.

Design feature:

1、This machine adopts integral or individual loading and unloading device. pneumatic or electric type clamping. It can shorten the auxiliary work time and improves the production efficiency.

2、Tension of the machine adopts pneumatic constant tension or mechanic friction tension control.

3、RTS rotating speed sensor, which has excellent low speed performance, with the strong points like correctness rapidness and credibility, is adopted to detect wire breaking.

4、Inclinations of certain angle groove face which enables the natural separation of line to avoid scratch and improve the quality.

5、The machine adopts SIEMENS PLC to control the whole line. It adopts full-digital DC adjusting device to control the starting and running speed. The technique is advanced, the operation is convenient.
