Ø2000-Ø5000 rail (portal frame) travelling pay-off stand

They are mainly used to roll up all kinds of cables with big diameter.

Design feature :

1、The first structural style of the upright column: the square structure.

2、The second structural style of the upright column: the double-column structure.

3、The wheel gear with the hard suface is used in the take-up gearbox, so the driving torque is high and the noise is low.

4、The direct current control of Oulu590+ used as take-up, and the frequent current control used as tranversing. The tension should be controlled constantly when taking up, and the take-up speed be followed automaticly by tranversing. The tranversing lay and the take-up tension can be setted in the touchend screen(Siemens).
